I absolutely adore this series and Cassandra Jeans illustrations of the mortal instruments characters have always been a favourite。 The retelling in graphic novel format is such a wonderful way to relive the shadowhunter experience。 I will treasure this series of graphic novels as part of my collection of Clare’s works。 I can’t wait for volume 7！

Another beautiful volume。 My only complaint was I feel like a lot of cut out。 Obviously I’ve read the books so it’s not a big deal。 I do want to remind people that if you hate The Mortal Instruments but want to try reading them again/haven’t read them at all， I highly recommend the graphic novels。
